DELIVERY CHARGES:

There is a flat delivery rate of £45  which is to the ground floor of your property. This charge is applied per orderregardless of the number of items included . This delivery rate applies to most UK postcodes with the exceptions of  ZE HS  KW  IV  AB  PH  DD  PA  NR  TR  PL  EX   NR  BT & Islands.  The cost to these postcodes will be more due to further distances involved, so please email or telephone for more information. If you require assembly, the option is available at the point of checkout for an extra charge,  as is the option for customer collect, which is free of charge.

RETURNS INFO:

Whilst we are confident you will be delighted with your order, we understand there are occasions when you may want to return items, which is why our returns policy is designed to be simple and easy allowing you to purchase with peace of mind. We accept returns up to 14 days from the day you receive delivery , thus allowing lots of time to review your purchase.  If you do decide to return items, simply email your instructions to us along with your order number anytime within the 14 day period and we will  process the return of your order.

DELIVERIES TO IRELAND:

We deliver on a weekly basis using a very reputable delivery company that cover all of Ireland. It’s a two man delivery service and the average cost is around £155. However, this may change for larger orders so please email or telephone for further information.

DELIVERIES TO EUROPE & BEYOND:

We have regular deliveries to France , Spain , Balearics, and most of Europe,  please contact for more information.  We can also deliver to your shipper of choice  at UK depot or port.

The Island Furniture Group were the first to introduce the Versailles collection to the UK market in  1997 and ever since then we have continued to increase the collection by adding coloured,  occasional and living ranges . We are very proud of our quality and finish , and our aim is not to have the  cheapest furniture available but to have the best quality furniture available at the best prices.  There are many ways we could compromise on the quality of our furniture in order to  sell cheaper but we  believe that poor quality  furniture is a false economy, not just for you the customer, but also for us  as a business!  Every piece of furniture delivered into our warehouse is inspected prior to  dispatch  – and that’s why we confidently offer a 12 month warranty on all our  products.
