DELIVERY CHARGES:

There is a flat delivery rate of £55  which is to the ground floor of your property. This charge is applied per order regardless of the number of items included . This delivery rate applies to most UK postcodes with the exceptions of  ZE HS  KW  IV  AB  PH  DD  PA  NR  TR  PL  EX   NR  BT & Islands.  The cost to these postcodes will be more due to further distances involved, so please email or telephone for more information. If you require assembly, please ring us to see if this service is available in your postcode.  There is also the option of customer collect from our warehouse,  which is free of charge 
 

DELIVERIES TO IRELAND:

We deliver on a weekly basis using a reputable company that cover all of Ireland. Please email or ring us for the delivery charges as these  will vary due to order size and destination county .

DELIVERIES TO EUROPE & BEYOND:

We do not deliver directly to Europe but we  can however deliver to your shipper of choice at a UK depot or port.

RETURNS INFO:

Whilst we are confident you will be delighted with your order, we understand there are occasions when you may want to return items, which is why our returns policy is designed to be simple and easy allowing you to purchase with peace of mind. We accept returns up to 30 days from the day you receive delivery , thus allowing lots of time to review your purchase.  If you do decide to return items, simply email your instructions to us along with your order number anytime within the 30 day period and we will  process the return of your order.
