Customer satisfaction is paramount at The Island Furniture Co and we make every effort to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with their order. In the unlikely event of there being a problem we offer an 8 Day money back guarantee from date of purchase for orders placed by telephone, fax or internet.
It works very easy, simply email or fax us with your order number anytime within the 8 day period and we will process the return of your order. This will incur a processing charge and please make sure the goods are in the original packaging and in the condition they were received in. Upon receipt of the goods back to our warehouse in good condition we will put the refund back on your credit or debit card.
All our goods carry a 12 month manufacturers guarantee against materials and workmanship
Bespoke orders and special commissions will be charged in full on order placement and not eligible for return.
