This beautiful Provence eight drawer wide chest is made from solid oak, hand polished and finished to a beautiful satin patina in golden oak . The design is from the Louis Philippe era of French furniture, circa 1845. This piece is authentic reproduction, having eight drawers, with two secret drawers under the top surface. - the perfect compliment to the Provence sleigh beds
